The Manta Ray night dive on the Big Island of Hawaii is an excellent opportunity to snap awesome creatures. Check out this video of a night dive just off of Kona.

Being surrounded by any size group of Manta Rays is truly a sight to behold. There are several dive operators that offer Manta Ray dives on the Big Island of Hawaii. Most of the Manta dives are two tank dives with the first dive acting as an orientation dive before the sun goes down and the second dive is when the action happens. The Manta dive costs around $130 for a two tank dive.

Snorkelers can also see the Mantas from the surface, so the Manta Dive might be of interest to adventurous non-diving family and friends.
